Once a private residence built at the height of the Georgian era, Lysses House is one of the most elegant and stylish hotels in Hampshire. Lysses (pronounced Lissies), in the town of Fareham, is a mile from Junction 11 of the M27, midway between Portsmouth and Southampton. Bus and railway stations are also within easy reach. Lysses enjoys a central position in the town, and also benefits from a peaceful tree-lined rear garden and sun terrace.

Conference Facilities
There are five well appointed meeting rooms with a capacity of 2 to 100. Packages include day delegate and residential. Audio visual equipment can be supplied and rooms can be arranged as required in a variety of layouts.

For all our Conference Guests the following Services are available:

  • We guarantee to serve your tea / coffee breaks on time or there will be no charge.

  • Sandwich lunches are available as an alternative to those listed and can be taken in the restaurant or in the conference room.

  • If you have a strict timetable to work to, please inform our staff who will do everything possible to ensure your lunch break is taken in the time allotted.

  • Direct dial telephone in each conference room.

  • Photocopying, OHP sheets, photocopying onto OHP sheets, copy typing, fax service.

  • Evening Room Hire is available per hour from 7.00 pm.

  • Join us in The Richmond Restaurant at your own leisure for breakfast or dinner.
