At UEA we can offer the ideal venue for your event. From a residential conference spanning several days to a small one day meeting, we have the perfect facilities.

Our professional staff in the conference office will provide the one stop shop for your event. At the point of enquiry we will discuss the aims of your event and match your requirements to our facilities. Upon confirmation, you will be assigned an event co-ordinator to ensure your event is a success.

Lecture theatres are available to seat between 60 and 485 delegates. We have over 40 seminar rooms seating between 14 and 50. IT suites are also available for training seminars. Exhibitions can be staged in our multi-purpose Large Common Room (LCR), a 755m2 space.

All of our meeting rooms can be fully equipped with appropriate audio visual equipment. Technical assistance with presentations is available on request. Guest speakers can lecture to groups from outside the venue through our video conferencing facility.

Prices (1 September 2007 – 31 July 2008)

En suite 24 Hour Rate from £80.00 + VAT per person

Day Delegate Rate from £30.00 + VAT per person

Includes all the benefits within residential 24 hr rate but excluding dinner, bed and breakfast. Arrival refreshments are also included within the day rate.

*This includes a plenary room appropriate to the size of the event and attendant syndicate rooms.

**A laptop computer is not included in the delegate package.

Upgrades

Various upgrades to the packages above are available, including private dining and upgraded accommodation located within our Guest Suite, hotel standard accommodation.
